We can’t refund or replace items if you have just changed your mind, or ordered the wrong size or colour as once a product has been customised it's non-refundable unless received damaged or faulty.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash warm, inside out with like colours. Only non-chlorine bleach. Dry flat. Do not tumble dry, medium/hot iron. Do not iron decoration.

Some items are printed on demand, this may take anywhere from 3-10 working days before items are dispatched, however at peak times the dispatch time can be longer.
