We hope that you like everything that you buy from us. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 30 days and in perfect original saleable condition with the original packaging.
Please note: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We offer a refund or exchange service, but we can't refund your original or return postage costs if you have simply changed your mind.
We advise keeping your goods in their original packaging while you make your mind up to prevent any accidental damage.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS
You can download a RETURNS FORM HERE. Please fill this in with the relevant information requested. Make sure to include your name, email address, order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for return and if you want a refund or exchange.
Please post your goods back to us within 30 days including your name and returns code within the parcel.
The items must be sent back unworn or unused, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging.
All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded or tracked service.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only full priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you require a different size of clothing. We will advise you if the item you wish to exchange for is available, in the case that it is not available, we will issue a refund.

Your right to cancel does not apply to:
(a) Any made-to-measure or custom-made products or products made to your specification or clearly personalised;
You can cancel an order anytime from the date of the dispatch confirmation. If the products have already been delivered you have 14 working days in which you may cancel. Working days means Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are not included.
You will receive a full refund for the products and any delivery charges you paid for. We will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation.
If you have returned the products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of a defective product in full, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
We refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
If the products were delivered to you:
(a) You must return the products to us as soon as possible;
(b) Unless the products are faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us;
(c) You have a legal obligation to keep the products in your possession and to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.
(d) We will refund you within 14 days after the day of receiving the returned goods as long as they are in perfect original saleable condition with the original packaging.
Details of your legal right to cancel and an explanation of how to do it are included in the dispatch confirmation.
In the case of a late cancellation we will refund you for the cancelled order minus the original shipping cost and return to sender fee once the cancelled order has arrived back at our warehouse and has been processed and checked accordingly. At this point we will notify you by email of the exact charges to be deducted from your refund to the email address that you supplied us with on your original order.
Once your refund is actioned by us, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.
